My order has a wrong delivery/ residential address

My order has a wrong delivery address , i tried calling the customer service but they were unable to help me properly . Before my purchase i typed in my residential address correctly and processed to the payment portal , after my payment was successfull the address was completely wrong. The customer service lady Siphokazi was very rude about my complaints and actually she didn't help me. My items were a total of R2348,95 which consists of Converse sneakers (R2099.95) and a redbat denim (R249.00)
