My nami is Happiness but i am not Happy at all about the service received at Randburg square sportscene.

I am applaud and very disappointed of the behavior of Mosima the manger of Sport Scene. I came to your store at Randburg Square on Thursday to collect my gift card , as i was told i will be refunded in a form of gift card. I spent 3 hrs to get proper assistance as my account was closed . I returned a pants which was damaged right after i have paid off my account . While i was waiting i was advised to produce my 3 Months bank statement and ID copy which i did. The manage said she will get back within 24 hrs which was not done, I returned to the store today and still nothing was done. Why am I given the run around? It really sad that no one has answers.
