My hate for Sportscene

I don't think I will ever be st peace with how Sportscene at GATEWAY MALL operate. I was there buying my mother a phone and I lost my phone in the process and no one took my case serious,the manager had the guts to tell me such a huge store has no cameras more especially by the tills .To me it seems like they don't care about their customers and for that I will never purchase from Sportscene.

I hate how my case wasn't treated with urgency when I was buying and leaving money in their shop, totally unacceptable.
