MY CREDIT SCORE IS MESSED UP DUE TO THESE ****** B

I opened up an account in November and completed my banking details for them to debit me, low and behold there no debits going off my account and I received a message to say that I am overdue, it had a number to call which i did and they said that the debit order was cancelled. I did not cancel it so who did????<br> <br> They are also unable to assist me further and i must now speak to 1 of 100 departments to find out who is responsible.<br> <br> I also now have to inconvenience myself to make a payment which was supposed to be taken from me and due to the incompetence of everyone my name suffers because you loaded a debit order then cancelled it without even notifying me.<br> <br> Please sort this **** out and please get your MD to call me and i will take this useless pathetic service
