My bank account debited twice for the same amount

I am utterly disappointed with the service. I made a purchase of R1 667.95 on 15 September 2019 and payment cleared from my account. On the 07 Jan 2020, sportscene deducted the same amount of R1 667.95. It's been 3 days since i made Fourways branch aware. How long does it take to payback my money , I have given them my proof of payment from the bank. Apparently, a number of customers came in to claim their refunds as well. The contact person by the name of Rizaan from their head office in cape town never answers the phone and call centre is not helpful. This may be a small change for sportscene but its a life line for me. I need my refund asap
