Most terrible customer services by Kaylin @sportscene phoenix plaza
My husband and I visited the sportscene branch in phoenix plaza on Sunday morning,we were dressed very untidy due to us being even planners we own a catering company and just finished a big function that morning ,we were extremely tired and untidy, but needed to get a gift for someone, so i went into the sportscene store and picked up something ,when we went to cash my husband took out my TGF account card and gave it to a cashier named Kaylin,i then started to walk up to the ladies isle and was browsing the t shirts when my husband called me and asked me to sign, i went to the cashiers desk and then saw he did not yet proceed with the transaction but he asked me if i had my ID on me,i advised him i did not have it ,he then asked me whats my name and to confirm my DOB at this point it frustrated me as when he cashed for the person before me he did not ask them to confirm any details so i asked him why are you asking me this i always purchase from Markham and foschini and they do not ask this ,he advised me it is a new process, when they noticed i was getting upset a lady advised me it was just to confirm the account was mine, then Kaylin the cashier advised me that they do this because some people use their family members accounts to buy ,he assumed im not the account holder and has judged me by how i was dressed up ,which is totally wrong i worked the for the TFG group years ago and i know how things are processed he assumed that i wasn't the account holder and i as loyal customer was offended by this ,once i left the sportscene store i went into Markham and bought a shirt from there as well and was not asked to confirm any details the staff there was so polite and helpful as well.I really hope the staff of sportscene undergoes proper customer service training and this not repeat...this goes against the customer protection act and against my rights as a customers, this is unfair treatment and hope Kaylin is dealt with accordingly .i run a big catering company and will never allow my staff to treat people badly or even judge-this is unfair customer treatment and goes against all customer services policies.this was the most terrible experience ever.
