Mixed feedback- approved then declined???

Good day, im very confused about the way Sportscene does business.1st i get approved online (provisionally) subject to confirming employment & income which i understand. After confirming employment i get a sms stating \Congratulations your acc has been approved go to your nearest branch with your ID to collect your card. When i got to the Sandton store they called HO and i spoke to a lady who asked me for my net income amounts....waited a few minutes then she declined the application. This doesn't make sense at all. i Need proper feedback on why this application got declined. This is so frustrating and embarrassing. Did she capture my details correctly? Did she put in wrong figures?? i need answers. "
