MISSING PARCEL AT SPORTSCENE BUSHBUCKRIDGE

I bought two items separately online from the @TheFix and I chose Sportscene BushbuckRidge as my pick up point since it falls under TFG. On the 16th of December 2021. I went there since I had received both emails saying that my parcels arrived, however when I got there only one Parcel was found. Though the other one it's there on their system which shows that it arrived at their store

On top of that as a customer nothing was explained to me, things like how do I go about getting my stuff or refund. All I got was a "don't choose Sportscene BushbuckRidge as your pick up point anymore"
