misleading customers

Went to the sportscene store in canal walk. I wanted a pair of white superstars and the store consultants told me that the manager was out getting new stock and that he would be back soon and that they would ask him to get the superstars as well.. When the manager got to the store he had the superstars. It looked slightly bigger than the superstars I've seen but trusted them because of their name (sportscene) meanwhile they gave me a **** pair that they bought at Bellville. They're doing it to more customers.. People be vigilant, this can happen to anyone. I want a full refund because I paid R999. The guys name is Chadwin. Please see to it that he is fired, or that it is taken further.
