Mis-leading

Am lost of words by sport scene in Parow. Again i was mis-lead by the regional manager this time.My PREVIOUS ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED after being told its sorted out and that i can use my card with in the next 24 hours and to my surprise this morning i got an email from the TFG GROUP with my lay bye statement SHOWING I NEED TO PAY R449.00 AS OF 12 AUGUST 2015. Yesterday i was at fashion express in N1 city and when i tried to use my card i was told i still need to pay for a lay bye i paid off in may 2013.How can i make myself heard this is too much.Am honestly drained from this whole thing,everyone is just ***********,misleading and create false hope.I was their loyal client for such a very long time and now i have to pay for a system error that was not updated by an employee the day my lay bye was taken out.i will never ever reefer anyone to them because of the level of service i have received am beyond disappointed.
