Management who don't abide by rules or know any laws!!

<p>I recently got a job at Sportscene Gateway. At first everything seemed to be like fresh daisies and apple pie.</p> <p>I soon got to realize the true nature of people.</p> <p>The store manager, who's name is Shanaaz is a pathetic manager who does not know any of the Labour relation acts yet it is in our store.</p> <p>We are forced to work long hours with no breaks. For example the store opened at 7am and supposedly to close at 9pm but ended up closing at 11pm. That right, 11PM!! And with no notice. The manager then advised that we should come back at 7am the next day which is utter bull ****. I travel with public transport and taxis don't operate till so late.</p> <p>It is a problem to drink water, apparently when the store is busy we are unable to leave the store even on lunch breaks. </p> <p>Sportscene directors and management should really investigate the store managers and how badly employees are being treated. Customers should also know what goes on behind the scenes.</p> <p>Looking forward to some sort of response and implementation of managers that treat people like people otherwise further legal action will take place.</p>
