Management mistreating employees

Hi my name is zandile,my niece is working at festival mall sportscene and she has been working there since lastyear,so this year sportscene has change the management,so since the lady has started managing the store all of the stuff is mistreated by her and my niece always comes back home complaining about the new menager,she always makes her stuff to leave the store late yet her husband is fetching her while the stuff has to walk from festival Mall to Kempton park old rank, my niece ddnt get the winter jersey that store has given to the stuff,when she ask for the jersey she told her the jersey is finish,the new management does not treat the stuff good,the company gives out petty cash for breakfast groceries but she doesn't buy anything fr the stuff,now as iam writing other stuff members has resigned now is only 5 employees left and the store is very big for 5 employees they only allowed to eat 15 minutes break everyday because she's short stuff,yet she doesn't take CVs from people seeking for jobs,the stuff can't say anything to her cause she's rude and doesn't care about them.
