Making Me a ****

I came in the shop and ask for shoe protector by the cashier not knowing it is the manager and he gave it.Then the cashier just ask me for my details then I ask why.The cashier(denino) reply it' s okay(repeated),he then rung up the sale then I saw on the reciept their was rewards on,so I ask how this rewards work,The guy(manager) you did not wanted to give your details,So I said but if he explain then I would but he never and then I ask for the manager and he says he did ask me my details ,so I said but he never explain and the Manager makes me a **** to say he did,and he then said but the card is not on my name.
