Magazine from hell

So Iv been billed for magazines I didn't subscribe to firstly this dates back 2015/2016 I log a complaint on hello Peter in 2017 I was called back and nothing was done about it as I still awaited feedback as for investigation that would take 23 days if I remember correctly and 2018 I get a call being advised on outstanding amount and I mentioned that hey u still billing on the same megazine I didn't request then some rude lady calls me to tell me that she will only revese the sports megazine and I'm asking myself aren't you all working for the same company and here we are arguing over something I firstly didn't request and this was sopude to be dealt with a year ago and she sounds confused with amounts charged and dates and seemed confused with what ever transactions she was reading I asked her if she could call me back after checking everything on her side and now it's 2 weeks and still waiting for someone to explain to me why should I be dealing with all this hell caused by you cause I didn't agree to such and it's ******** and breach of contract
