Loud Music

Went to Sportscene at Station Mall in Mafikeng. As I stepped in there's a speaker on the left side as one enters blaring loud music in one's ear. When I asked the person how does one concentrate on shopping with loud music, he's response was it's fine. No effort made to turn the volume down. I turned around and walked out and Sportscene lost a sale of more than a thousand rand. Do you think they care? As long as they are in charge and they earn their salary at the end of the month why should they worry.
