Legal cover and Magazine subcribtion added without my consent

I went to sportscene jabulani mall to open up an account around last year 2023, based on my understanding my service fee was suppose to be R26,00 to my surprise i was being charged R88 or more monthly, i called sportscene to ask why service fee is so high to my surprise i was shocked to hear that the was a legal cover and magazine cover added without my knowledge and consent and i was advised to go to jabulani mall to enquire with regards to who added the products without my knowledge and aproval . when i went to sportscene jabulani mall to enquire the lady that was assisting me was not helpful at all and did not want to provide the name of the personal who assisted with the account openning as she said that she could not see the persons name. 22/03/2024 i called TFG call centre to lay a complain and to request for cancaletion and reversal of the products added without me agreeing and aswel as requesting the name of the person who added the products ,I was the advised that the name of the lady from jabulani mall who assisted me in opening the account is lesego, i want all my money to be reversed and i also need an explanation as to why was the products added to my name without my consent as i was also considering closinng my sportcene account due to misleading client without regards to service fees offered where else its additional products added by people without client consent or knowledge.
