Lazy *********** staff!

The workers at Sportsscene Blueroute mall in Tokai are the WORST!! Very rude, incompentent and unhelpful! I went to fetch an order and they kept saying its not there and it must have gone to Totalsports. I kept on showing them the sms and when I asked that they call Totalsports so they could tell them I'm coming to fetch my parcel the 1 employee evetually looks my tracking number into the system. And guess what my jacket was there all along! They were just too lazy to assist me!
