Layby System forever offline accompanied by bad service

It's not just time wasted that warrants this review, it's the dismissive attitude that comes with it! I did a lay-by at the Sportscene on Ellof in town about 3 months ago now, and have even received SMS's to remind me that it is expiring. Today was the third time now (time and transport wasted) that I have been told “Layby system is offline come back some other time". If you're taking laybys, your system shouldn't work when you feel like it, especially because laybys expire! Its not everyday I get to go to town during this pandemic... I will not be running behind you people to ask to pay the layby and because your cancellation fee is 1% of my money, when I am not even at fault, I have to bare the bad attitude of that lady at the till looking her nose down at me like I'm not trying to spend money in your shop! I am not pleased!
