Layby
I went into Sportscene Mall of Africa to collect my layby which was done 3 months ago thy take 3 hours to look for it while I shop in the mall when I come back I am been told by the manager with attitude that they can not find and they is nothing he can do because 3 people has looked for it and they haven't found it...they is no customer service in the store non what so ever.
