Lay-bye and unable to get an account

I would like to know you if I can make a lay-bye at any SPORTSCENE shop. Also can I select the items I want online and go to the shop to make the lay-bye or can i also make the payment online.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

Also I can't have an account with the TFG due to an account that's older than 7 years. I tried before but TFG has put a block under my name.
