Lay a complain against TFG Sportscene Wybenrg Cape Town

Dear TFG Since From 2022 October No one is responding at Wybenrg Sportscene Cape Town 😢 I did my laybye July 2022 with R200 first then after I pay R100 2nd time then if I remember last time I checked I paid almost R500 or R400 so I decided no man let me not take this laybye I will try to do a Refund after Expired...After October I went there with my Till Slip and my ID to do a refund, only to found out there is no refund,the only answer I get there was that the refund was refunded already then I ask how without my ID or Till Slip?? I need a follow up because I tried to send email to TFC the say they will get back to me until now... PLEASE I NEED A FOLLOW UP AT WYBENRG SPORTSCENE CAPE TOWN... One more thing I noticed that Shop,One day they displayed a Redbat Bag R300 🎒 but it was R200 on Sale so when customers pay they put straight R300 not R200 so that Means they take other R100,What kind of customers service is that??
