Laeeqa at Sportscene Cavendish has rude customer service

Cavendish square sportscene has been the worse customer service i have ever experienced and it is so unfortunate that only two ladies were so unprofessional while the rest of the staff was so helpful When i asked laeeqa who was beyond unprofessional and rude to speak to a manager she said she was the manager on duty only to find out she was a shift runner Laeeqa had such a rude attitude My mother was in the fitting room after having to go and call somebody to let them know she will be fitting on something (fitting room post was empty) she allowed my mother in and then left the post again, i then took a different size in to my mother after asking the lady who let her into the fitting room and she said i could and as i came back out of the fitting room Laeeqa was standing there and told me i cant just walk in with stuff i must ask her first and when i told her her colleague said i could laeeqa told me “she doesnt care i must ask her” what unprofessional and rude service!!!! When i asked her to speak to the manager she told me she was the manager only to find out later there was no manager on duty I then asked to call the area manager and laeeqa went and fetched a board that had his number on she did this in a very rude and vulgar way I tried calling the area manager 3 times with no answer This was the worse way to treat customers how is this kind of customer service accepted???
