Issues with Lay buy system

I have been trying to use my laybuy card for a pair of boots. I currently have one active lay buy and 3 cancelled laybuys on the card. The system keeps saying im a delingquent. The guys at Sportscene Bayside have tried their best to assist me but when they call the customer care and lay buy departments they get transfered all over. Please assist me in resoving this issue. Thanks
