Insulting consultant and manager does nothing about it

Really had a bad shopping experience, thought foschini group is one of the best with customer care but unfortunately not. Being suspected to be committing ***** in the store is the worst and disgusting service ever, the consultant Sanele Mabena was so insulting and very rude in front of both her customers and store manager and unfortunately the store manager Mavy Williams had nothing to say about it, this definitely shows that the staff is not trained and does not deserve to serve customers
