Incorrectly priced Items

<p>I do not know where to start...</p> <p>Yesterday i went to your Sportscene store in bayside mall, with a few friends of mine.</p> <p>I saw they had a sale on sneakers/shoes. Anyway i was looking to buy new shoes then to my shock the price on the shoes was R119.9</p> <p>I wanted 4 pairs then and there, i one of the store assistance to assist me, he advised no the price is wrong and he cant help me other wise he will have to pay in the extra money, i must ask the manager....</p> <p>I was looking for the manager who was busy with paper work behind the counter, I've asked him can i please get this shoe, he then advised me no! The price gun is broken i looked at the price gun and it was working perfectly fine if you ask me, they just didn't know how to operate the thing, i have worked in retail and i am well aware of "the price the customer see, is the price the customer must get".</p> <p>The manager told me, we will stand and argue the entire day but he will not give it to me. Ive then asked for him name and he spelt it TANCRED.</p> <p>Ive walked out, and after a few minutes i went back not to argue but to check if the price was changed on the boxes, and it was still the same. Another thing ive learned in retail is when the price is incorrect on an item you give it to the customer but you change the price once the customer leaves the store.</p> <p>I would like 3-4pairs of sneakers and i would like to pay R119.9</p> <p> </p>
