Incorrect hours

I looked for operating hours on Google and it shows Sports scene is opened until 6pm.I went to the Sport scene in Protea Glen at 5:45,doors were closed and the stuff was just staring at me from inside.Please advise why the incorrect hours if you knocking off early.Where is the customer service.
