Incompetence

I went to the store in Hartswater and saw the shoes on special. The tag on the shoe was marked down from R1300 to R679.00. When i got to the till, the price was different (showing the original price). The cashier told me they will call their stock controller to fix it and i told her i will come after some time. I came after 45 minutes or more but nothing was done about it. I demanded answers and she told me it will take a while and suggested I leave my name and contact numbers and promised to call me on Wednesday the 26th. I still haven’t received a call from them.
