Immature staff members

On 30th October 2015, I when into the store to purchase 2 pairs of Takkies for my children. On entering the store, I noticed that the back section (Takkie area) was crowed and no one was assisting. However, there were 2 gentlemen standing in the front of the store looking out. The one guy wore a pair of the stores sunglasses and was holding onto the counter. There other one was holding onto the sweater shelve. There was a female as well but she was actually working (packing the shelves). I proceed to request assistance from the one guy standing with the sunglasses, he started walking with me to the back but stopped. I went back and he stated that he will get someone to assist me. This person took a few minutes to get to me of which I walked out of the store. I told the gentleman that their store just lost a sale. That statement doesn't mean anything. The attitude of the staff members are immature and not suitable for a customer service environment.
