Im really disappointed in Sportscene online, I placed a order on the 28th and from the website it shows 3-5 business days for delivery

Im really disappointed in Sportscene online, I placed a order on the 28th and from the website it shows 3-5 business days for delivery. I have since checked the order online and this shows only handed to courier I have attempted calling but the call center number for some reason doesn't exist, I have sent a email no Apology just the delivery was sent out. I then went into a store asked if the order can be canceled and refunded this way I can make my purchase in store they called the customer service line was told this cant be done and that the delivery will arrive sometime in this week. My question is why do they advertise 3-5 working days when this is clearly not the case
