I had took my girlfriend who open up and account i had her take the form and fill it out they told us we would get a sms we did our shopping then went back to the store to find out but then they did not put it on the system yet they made us wait in the line for all other customers to finish then more customers had come in and we had to wait for it to be empty then when we finally was time they had processed someone else before us when we was there first then when they found out that she worked for retail as well that she was going to complain about them they got a shock and started acting different the person name was Buhle dumakude she didn't even want to do the account for us the other worker told her in zulu to do it they thought because I'm a indain they thought i didn't understand anyway that's no way to treat customers this is our phoenix plaza branch
