I WANT MY REFUND FROM PURCHACE DONE 2019-12-29

I bought sneaker on the black Friday, 29 November. After paying, I was told that they don't have the sneakers in stock. I requested for a refund and sent my bank statement through. I still did not get my money after send a lot of emails and even called the call center on Tuesday, they told me that their Supervisor knocked off and they will ask him/her to call me yesterday. The supervisor did not call and this is the second time I had to beg for my money from TFG.
