I WANT MY MONEY. PLEASE

I am Drained. i regret ever buying stuff online. The worst and heartbreaking experience ever. You guys take us for a P**s. This is not acceptable at all. I orderd thing online and one of the items was cancelled. I was then told to send the bank statement, After i sent no communication from them or what so ever, i still don't know whether they have received my bank statement or not. I use my airtime to call, They don't even call at least to tell you how the refund process is going. I saw a lot of bad reviews on this site and i think its time we make people aware of this nonsense. I will gladly make a thread on this and make people aware. this is bad. This must trend.
