I want my money back

I think sportscene is running a ****. I ordered 2 pair of nike classic cortez sneakers on 29 nov black friday @ sportscene and paid on the same day,First order was cancelled on the 1st dec other once got cancelled on the 5th with reason ''we recieved more orders than the quantity of sneakers we had'' they say,A refund was processed and even now i have not received my funds.Its been over 18 days waiting.Guys its december and money have to work can you please bring my money back...i dont even have petrol money to go home waiting on my refund ;(
