I want my lay buy money sportscene!!!!!!

I lay bye my sons sneakers at Westgate mall, and went there to cancel lay buy because sneakers was cheaper and on special online. The said they don't have money it still in the morning, I asked if they can keep money for next morning and they said they can't, I came during the day they said the lay buy is not working coz of low shedding. But they helped someone make a lay buy next to me . I want my money back sportscene . And I will never ever.
