I left at Sportscene without a jean that I already payed for 😭

I bought a jean at Sportscene in Brackenfell Cape Gate Monday but the till slip didn't come out there system was slowly then they told me I must wait they will send my money back I didn't get anything till now since Monday.I show them the bank statement and Capitec message that money was detected on my account I left the shop without a jean not even my money
