I just want my money back since you failed to deliver

I am so fed up with Sportscene and their bad service. no one has contacted me since i places an order, instead i am the one who has been following up with them and they are telling me stories and that they are going to get back to me which they never do. first they said the item is out of stock when i follow up, now they are telling me it is out with the couriers, I just want my money back, they are so quick to take the money but never deliver, i have been waiting for more than 10 days now for my order. PLEASE give me my money back the same way i gave it to you, i am just extremely disappointing. this was my first and last order with you. you really do not care about your customers and do not even make an effort to give an update, instead i am the one who had to waste my airtime and data phoning and emailing you. i am so angry.
