I bought a pair of airforce sneaker at sportscene in zevenwacht mall , so now the stitching of the one shoe come loose , i took it back , but now i have too hear that i have too wait for the manager to decide if they are going to return or refund my sons shoes , yesterday we took it back and apparently the manager wasnt there , this morning i first phoned still no manager available, so i think they should close the shop while the manager isn't available, if the manager is the only one who can do exchanges or refunds 😡😡
