I beginning to hate sportscene

<p>Sportscene festival Mall is the worst retail store you could ever go to! I lay byed a t-shirt, boots and jacket with R3100, at the time of the lay bye the person who assisted me had said they do not have the correct sizes for the jacket at and shoes but she will contact sportscene mall of Africa, she then returned to say she had called them and I will be getting the correct size. I then went ahead with the lay bye and paid the required amount and this was on the 30th if july and on the 24th of September I paid the outstanding balance and guess what! Theyou never bothered to get me the correct size. When I enquired the staff the wereason rude to me and asked me what do I want them to do because the jacket is no longer at sportscene stores and I will never get it, well which is quite surprising because what is the whole point of a laybye? I paid my amount in full and I want what was promised to me. I then asked to speak to a manager and then some guy pretended to be the manager but because I shop the monthly I recognised he is not, so on top of them being rude they also played me a fool! Well the correct manager did finally come after I had to wait for long because I was told he was still having his lunch. His name is Ewie and he managed to give me the correct sized shoe and he then told me that he will get me my jacket and deliver it to me, well another lie because I still do not have my jacket. Why is it that I spend my hard earned money to get this type of service? I will no longer go to that's sportscene and I am beginning to wonder if all Sportscene are not like the one I went to!</p>
