I am disgusted by the service I got at Sportscene I paid my account on time on the 2nd of June the teller allocated the payment in the wrong account I am getting nonstop calls and emails saying I should pay my account

I am disgusted by the service I got at Sportscene I paid my account on time on the 2nd of June the teller allocated the payment in the wrong account I am getting nonstop calls and emails saying I should pay my account. The thing that annoys me the most is no one is held accountable cause I have the slips to proof that I paid my account but I am tossed around from customer care to collections I went to the store they also send an email to the accounts department and promised me it should be sorted out a week later nothing is sorted instead I keep on getting ticket numbers or reference numbers and promises but nothing is being actioned and it is affecting my credit score.
