Humiliation and Embarrassment at Sportscene Cresta

I had the most awful experience with Cresta Sportscene, I was humiliated and accused of being a shoplifter, just because I returned an item for an exchange, I had my receipt and the item with all its tags but somehow when they scanned my receipt it showed ITEM Returned and they asked me did I return the item before and I told them No, I waited for for almost an Hour or more whilst they were checking their books, the next thing I see a bunch of Security guys coming to escorts me to the control because according to them, I'm a ***** and I'm not alone, I'm with the other's we shoplift the shops😡😡😡I got real mad and I told them I'm not going to any control room cause I payed my money in the shop and I just want an exchange, I kept on asking for the manager of the shop and I was ignored until some of the customers intervined and also ask where is the manager, eventually the manager by the name of Lloyd Deza and he exchanged my item, but I'm still furious about how I got treated by those cashiers and not even an apology from their side
