HOW TO TURN AWAY CREDIT SALES

I app**** online for credit at Sportscene with hopes that things would be much faster and easier with being granted my store card but to my disappointment its a complete disgrace and pathetic business!I did the online application last week Wednesday and received a preapproval message ,I completed the rest of the application and was notified to either whatsapp my proof of income or email it-I have done both ,several times and to date I have not heard anything about the status of my application? Today I get a message to finalise my app and send my docs?As if I had not already! As a financial administrator myself I can certainly come to terms that TFG financial department and its employees are great at turning business away. For my sake it would be great to actually know what im approved for when ever someone at your company decides to work.
