Horrific service

The Most ********** experience I've had with this retail company in the past two weeks. Firstly they advertise a phone on sale yet their scanners don't recognize the sale price FALSE ADVERTISING!! Secondly their system debit my partners account twice and it didn't reflect on their system. Time to refund we had to wait 5 days which I fought tooth and nail to avoid! Thirdly I order 2 parcels online, only one gets delivered so NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE TO ONE STORE TWICE TO COLLECT Items which were part of 1 order but split up. The item i had to collect first was specifically SIZE SX, Collect it at the same Sportscene Trade route mall which Ive been having all this *** experiences at and I get A size M. Im livid at TFG, (I'm not impressed at all with your ways of handling customers nor your staff) best part is that They couldn't return the item to get me the correct one which I ordered they had to refund me.. Goshhhh if I wanted my money I would've never ordered this item ONLINE. You are a disgusting disgrace to the retail industry. You can rather close your doors because the level of service is disgusting. I am going to post this all over your social media platforms you don't deserve to operate. Flippen expensive store for nothing. Ncl
