HORRIBLE!!TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!

Today the 02/01/2018,I went to Sportscene in Mamelodi (Denlyn) to open an account, I was told that I should bring the 3 months bank statement which I did not have with me by that time.then I asked that guy by name of MBONGENI as he said his name was, to atleast give me an application form because then I was late for work, they guy refused, My boss who is one of the big customers and the one who also convince me to opt for Sportscene over other competitive companies, called and spoke to this Mbongeni guy asking him about the TFG procedures interms of new account . The fact that the TFG sometimes has the new account drive, the fact that they sometimes canvas, The Mbongeni just gave out the attitude telling him he no nothing about the TFG. My boss asked the name of his Area Manager, at first Mbongeni refused with the name and later answered "KHUTSO" and even said there is nothing that Khutso can do. Which I belive is the reason My boss sent his complaint to head office.

Mbongeni ended up doing that online application on my behalf and even said ,he is only doing this for formality since my boss and I being pushy.

In my life I have never experienced such service especially from a brand as big as Sportscene. I would wish the worse for Mbongeni but that he seriously need an urgent training on working with clients. That is not the image of any succesful busines really. To even go on to say the ID was not even mine really!!!!!! Jeez!!
