Horrible services

I bought a cellphone in December then in January it was ****** I went in store at canal walk and they said I need to open a case to claim which I did then sent the forms to sasethu he then said he would process claims lockdown then happened then level 4 I msgs sasethu got no reply called manager bomi who then said sasethu no longer working in that department and that asize would take over claim I still have not received any callback whenever I try to speak to bomi and asize even worse she never calls back I am sick and tired of tfg horrible customer service all my calls are recorded as proof of the horrible service logged a complaint with customer service aswell Rm235099
