Horrible service at sportscene clearwater

My wife brought a pair of sneakers online for her brother but the sneakers were too small, we went to sportscene Clearwater to exchange the sneakers. There were 2 guys and they didnt want to take it back and told us that we can go to sportscene fourways mall to get the size that we want. We spent 1 hour going to fourways mall and back and they didn't even have the size we wanted at the store in fourways. The team at fourways were very nice, they didn't have the size but they took the size back like the guys at clearwater should've done. You need to sort out the attitude of the 2 guys at Clearwater mall. I don't see myself going back there. There are alot of unemployed young people and these 2 take they jobs for granted. Please sort this out. Thank you to the guys in sportscene in the fourways mall. They made the experience better
