HORRIBLE SERVICE

Good day,

I had one unpleasant experience and it was my first at Sportscene Vosloorus.

I arrived at the store @ 9am as the store is meant to be opened @ 9, when I arrived there the staff was still busy inside doing what I dont know and at the same time they were staring at us and saying anything.

We waited till around 09:10 am, I complained about the disrespect talking to other clients who were waiting with.

This 1 guy came to the door shouting literally for the entire mall to hear him shouting at me (his exact words were ngimujwayela kabi) I couldnt BELIEVE my ears for an employee from Sportscene say such to me a customer.

His name is Motloung Thato, I demand apology from him over the phone, if not ill escalate the matter to head office.
