Horrible customer service

I wrote a complaint here a few days ago regarding the used watch sportscene online shop had sent to me. They responded to my complaint which was followed by a follow-up email. The response was so arrogant and dismissive, they simply told me to call the accounts department instead of referring my query to them . This is such disgusting service and shows the laziness and unwillingness to assist customers. I was the one who was inconvenienced yet I'm the one who is expected to spend my money making calls trying to fix a problem that they created. I regret taking this account with TFG - DISGUSTING
