Horrible

If I could give 0 Stars I would.

1. Actually placing an rider online is a mission on its own.

2. I get two different sizes of shoes in the box.

Not the first time that I’ve experienced poor service when ordering online. I mean TFG is huge, why are you struggling with online services?

How is there no checks and balances in place when packing a clients order? I mean really? I size 7 and a size 4 how does it even closely resemble?

Now I have to go in store in return the purchase.
