Ordered on the 10th of June and my order was non-delivered. I then received correspondence from one of the emails I sent about the lodging of a refund claim. It has been more than a month of waiting for a refund and even worse my account has been billed for the undelivered order for the past two months. Just give me my refund so that I can close my account. Your customer service is the worst.
