Head office

I have wrote a message for sportscene about ta good service i have got from 1 of their colleague's but they didnt respond on my message.So many people are complaining about their service so that make sense now hence they even ignoring something good about 1 of their employees.Customer service must be taught from head office first then instore will follow the right steps.
